Online menswear retailer Jacamo has launched a shopping service on Alexa that allows customers to search, and shop, its products using voice.
The retailer’s artificially intelligent shopping tool will be accessible through Amazon’s Alexa smart speaker using voice commands such as ‘Alexa, ask Freddie for some style advice, Alexa, what's in my bag and, Alexa, how much does delivery costs’.
To make the shopping experience even more unique, Freddie Flintoff, the brand’s long-serving ambassador features, with responses for customers when shopping the Flintoff by Jacamo range.
Further questions can be asked of the Jacamo offer, such as ‘Alexa, tell me about your returns policy’, enabling customers to interact with the brand using conversation.
To access this service, customers will need to activate the Jacamo ‘skill’ or app, which is available on devices such as the Amazon Echo, Echo Dot or Amazon Tap.

The service offers features such as seasonal style advice, insight into Freddie’s style and favourite pieces, and checking delivery status.
