Phishing scams
We are aware that emails may be received by members of the public from time to time, which appear to be from N Brown. For example, an order confirmation from N Brown or a request for customer account information relating to one of our brands. Such emails, known as "phishing emails", are actually from an unknown source. N Brown will never contact you in relation to your customer account with one of our brands.
Should you be the recipient of such an email, we would advise the following:
- Do not reply to the email or contact the senders in any way
- Do not click on any email links
- If you have clicked on a link in an email, do not supply any information
- Do not open any attachments that arrive with such emails
- Delete any such emails
Such email scams in no way compromise the protection of our customers' data and our ongoing vigilance over cyber security.
