First appointed Interim CEO of the N Brown Group in September 2018, Steve was subsequently appointed to the Board of N Brown Group plc as CEO in February 2019. Steve further served as Interim Executive Chair and CEO from May 2024 to February 2025, when, following the de-listing of N Brown Group plc in February 2025, Steve became Executive Chair of JD Williams & Co Ltd and CEO. Steve joined N Brown in February 2016 and was appointed CEO of Financial Services in November 2017. Prior to this, Steve was Financial Services Marketing and Product Director at Shop Direct Group Limited for four years and prior to that held senior roles at Sainsbury’s and Halifax. Steve is a Non-Executive Director of Currys plc.

Dominic was appointed CFO on 07 June 2023 after joining the Group as CFO designate in March 2023. Dominic is an experienced finance professional having spent a total of ten years at The Very Group (previously Shop Direct), most recently as Group Finance Director. He has previously held Chief Financial Officer roles at online bathroom retailer, VictoriaPlum.com, and leading footwear brand, Hotter Shoes. Prior to this he worked in senior finance roles at SSL International and Procter & Gamble, having begun his career at KPMG where he qualified as a chartered accountant. 

Dene was appointed CEO of Retail in February 2025. Dene has extensive board-level experience in marketing and data having most recently been both Group Chief Marketing and Data Officer at Constellation Automotive Group, Europe’s largest digital car marketplace, which owns brands such as webuyanycar and cinch, and CEO of one of its European businesses. He previously held a number of senior roles within the Very Group and Flutter Entertainment plc.

Dan was appointed CEO of Financial Services in January 2020, following 11 years at Ikano Bank where he held several leadership roles including UK Country Manager and, latterly, Group Chief Commercial Officer. Dan has extensive financial services experience across multiple sectors having worked at Zurich Insurance, Fairpoint plc and Capital One.

Clare joined N Brown in January 2024 as Director of Supply Chain, and became Chief Customer Operations Officer in February 2025. Clare has an extensive range of experience across the retail sector over the past 25-years, and in leading global retail operations. Clare was most recently Director of Operations at Ted Baker, where she also held senior roles within its Retail and Transformation areas during her time there.

Natalie joined N Brown in February 2024 as Chief People Officer, and became Chief People and Sustainability Officer in February 2025. Natalie has more than 25 years of extensive cross-sector experience in a breadth of HR disciplines covering organisational culture, employee relations, leadership development, reward and organisational design. Natalie has held Chief People Officer roles at Moonpig.com and Unum UK. Prior to this she held a number of senior strategic roles at Canada Life and LV= insurers.

Christian leads N Brown's Legal Services, Risk and Compliance, and Procurement areas. Christian rejoined as General Counsel and Company Secretary in August 2022 having served as Interim General Counsel and Company Secretary to N Brown Group from October 2021 to March 2022.  Christian joined from Yell Group Limited (formerly Hibu Group Limited), a leading digital marketing business spanning across the US and UK, where he was General Counsel, Company Secretary and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this, Christian was Chief Counsel Europe and Chief Counsel UK Group at Sara Lee Corporation, an American consumer goods company.

Chris joined N Brown in 2011 and was appointed Strategy Transformation Director in July 2025. Over his career with the Group, he has held a variety of senior roles across Financial Services, building extensive expertise in commercial management, product development, marketing, transformation, credit risk, analytics, and contract management. Chris began his career in finance within the NHS, where he qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant through the national graduate scheme.

Martin Joined N Brown in January 2019 as Head of Product and became Director of Digital Product in September 2019. Martin is a seasoned digital executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience across financial services, retail, and e-commerce. Martin brings deep technical and commercial expertise in digital product development, performance marketing and ensuring better customer experiences having started his career in business analysis and CRM consulting, progressing through roles at MoneySupermarket, Bupa, and other leading organisations He has also held senior roles at Phones4u, The Co-operative Bank and Think Money Group.

Tim joined N Brown in September 2017 as Director of Technology and was appointed Chief Technology Officer – Financial Services Platform in April 2022. He brings extensive experience in technology leadership, having held a range of roles across startups, scale-ups, and corporate environments. In addition to his role at N Brown, Tim serves as Chief Technology Advisor at Uinsure and is a Non-Executive Director at Pastest.

Chris joined N Brown in November 2023 as Group Director of Technology. Chris has extensive experience in technology having worked in Retail, Travel, Banking, Telecommunications and Manufacturing. Prior to joining N Brown Chris was Global Director of Technology at TUI and Head of Technology Delivery at First Direct. Chris has also held senior technology roles at Lloyds Banking Group.
