JACAMO LAUNCHES 2017 CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN: WINTER WRAPPED

Menswear retailer Jacamo today, 3 November, unveils its new Christmas campaign: Winter Wrapped.

The campaign shows off a variety of products that both male and female shoppers will be keen to get their hands on this year, and is based on three common shopper experiences; Embrace the Chill, Dress to Thrill and Gifts for Good Will.

 

Launching across key TV channels, highlights this weekend will include slots during ITV’s showing of Lord of the Rings, Channel 4’s Top Gear, and Sky Sports coverage of the Chelsea v Manchester United Sunday tea time game.

 

Cath Ryan, Head of Brand at Jacamo said: “Although the run up to Christmas is the busiest time of the year, men still want to look and feel good…more so than ever infact.

 

“For this reason we thought it was important to keep our message simple and let the clothes do the talking while highlighting a selection of product that will each add a bit of style to all wardrobes.

 

“Not only will the latest range equip men to enjoy the festive celebrations to the fullest, it will help to add an extra dose of confidence to make sure everyone has their best party season yet.”

 

As the colder weather continues to hit, the Embrace the Chill theme showcases a range of products that promise to keep all wrapped up warm, from a Borg Lined Denim Jacket, a cable cardigan and seasonal favourite, a pair of leather gloves.  

The Dress to Thrill narrative ranges from a three-piece tuxedo to a range of patterned party shirts, and the Gifts of Good Will theme offers essential stocking filler suggestions including bath robes, watches and grooming kits.

 

Bringing festive energy to the campaign, the advert plays along to the emotive-funk driven song ‘Move’ by Saint Motel, instantly recognisable with claps, piano and punchy horns.

 

The 30 second TV advert will run until New Year’s Eve, alongside usage online, on social media, VOD, pre-roll and in-store. Supporting video’s and promotional activity will later be released throughout November and December including a cyber week sale TV advert.
