Dan was appointed as CEO N Brown Group in March 2026. He previously served as CEO of Financial Services for six years, having originally joined the business in 2020.

Prior to joining N Brown, Dan held several leadership roles at Ikano Bank over 11 years, including UK Country Manager and latterly, Group Chief Commercial Officer. Dan has extensive experience across financial services and within consumer-facing brands across multiple sectors having worked at Zurich Insurance, Fairpoint plc and Capital One.

Dominic was appointed CFO on 07 June 2023 after joining the Group as CFO designate in March 2023. Dominic is an experienced finance professional having spent a total of ten years at The Very Group (previously Shop Direct), most recently as Group Finance Director. He has previously held Chief Financial Officer roles at online bathroom retailer, VictoriaPlum.com, and leading footwear brand, Hotter Shoes. Prior to this he worked in senior finance roles at SSL International and Procter & Gamble, having begun his career at KPMG where he qualified as a chartered accountant. 

Natalie joined N Brown in February 2024 as Chief People Officer, and became Chief Operating Officer in January 2026. Natalie has more than 25 years of extensive cross-sector experience in a breadth of HR disciplines covering organisational culture, employee relations, leadership development, reward and organisational design. Natalie has held Chief People Officer roles at Moonpig.com and Unum UK. Prior to this she held a number of senior strategic roles at Canada Life and LV= insurers.

Chris joined N Brown in 2011 and was appointed Strategy Transformation Director in July 2025. Over his career with the Group, he has held a variety of senior roles across Financial Services, building extensive expertise in commercial management, product development, marketing, transformation, credit risk, analytics, and contract management. Chris began his career in finance within the NHS, where he qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant through the national graduate scheme.

Dene was appointed CEO of Retail in February 2025. Dene has extensive board-level experience in marketing and data having most recently been both Group Chief Marketing and Data Officer at Constellation Automotive Group, Europe’s largest digital car marketplace, which owns brands such as webuyanycar and cinch, and CEO of one of its European businesses. He previously held a number of senior roles within the Very Group and Flutter Entertainment plc.

Christian leads N Brown's Legal Services, Risk and Compliance, and Procurement areas. Christian rejoined as General Counsel and Company Secretary in August 2022 having served as Interim General Counsel and Company Secretary to N Brown Group from October 2021 to March 2022.  Christian joined from Yell Group Limited (formerly Hibu Group Limited), a leading digital marketing business spanning across the US and UK, where he was General Counsel, Company Secretary and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this, Christian was Chief Counsel Europe and Chief Counsel UK Group at Sara Lee Corporation, an American consumer goods company.
