As required under the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 and paragraph 5.2 of the Prospectus Rules, and following publication of the Annual Report on 19 June 2006, N Brown Group plc (NBG) is presenting its first Annual Information Update (AIU) in relation to information that has been published or made available to the public between 1 June 2005 and 19 June 2006.
NBG is publishing the AIU via an RIS today and it will be available in the Investor section of our website: www.nbrowngroup.co.uk. To avoid an unnecessarily lengthy document, information is referred to in this AIU rather than included in full.
