N Brown Group plc, the Manchester based direct catalogue home shopping group, announces the appointment of Tim Kowalski as Group Finance Director.
Mr Kowalski, aged 40, has been the Financial Director of Greenalls Group Plc's Pub & Restaurant division since 1991. Mr Kowalski qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, then joined The Burton Group in 1985 as a corporate analyst before being appointed financial controller of Harvey Nicholls.
Commenting on the appointment Jim Martin, Chief Executive of N Brown Group, said:
