N Brown Group, the Manchester based direct home shopping company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of The House of Bath Ltd for a gross cash consideration of £1.1m. The business will be acquired free of debt.
The acquisition of this high quality catalogue retailer gives the group access to approximately one million new customers, and complements the existing strategy by extending into the niche household and personal gift related markets.
